State BJP felicitates newly appointed Governor of Chattisgarh and senior BJP leader Ramen Deka

BJP Assam Pradesh President Bhabesh kalita congratulated former MP senior BJP leader Ramen Deka for being appointment as Governor of Chattisgarh.
At a felicitation programme organised by the State BJP and moderated by State General Secretary Diplu Ranjan Sarma at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan in Guwahati on tuesday, State BJP President Bhabesh kalita said Ramen Deka has worked with utmost dedication for strengthening the party for more than 5(five) decades and the young karyakartas have much to learn from the seasoned leader. “Shri Deka will remain as a fountain head of inspiration for the youths”, Kalita added. Speaking on the occasion, the veteran leader Deka said what he is today is because of the BJP party and that he has been serving in various capacities the party has entrusted him with sincerety and dedication.

On the other hand, more than 400 leaders and workers from BPF joined the BJP at a massive joining programme in presence of State President Bhabesh kalita, Cabinet Ministers Jayanta Mallabaruah and Pijush Hazarika, MLAs Rupak Sarma, Sushanta Borgohain and Manab Deka at party Hqs on tuesday. Addressing the gathering, State Party President kalita said that Bharatiya Janata Party has been working towards nation building since its inception. He also said that due to the bold leadership of PM Narendra Modi ji and Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma, leaders like former MCLA Suresh Tanti, Former General Secretary of BPF’s Bhergaon organisational district Binoy Nath, Lakhiram Bodo, Punam Rabha, Nelson Brahma, Bridaw Brahma and 400 others joined BJP today. Welcoming the newcomers to the partyfold, Bhabesh Kalita said that during the past 10 years people have witnessed unprecedented development under the leadership of PM Modi. The country has emerged stronger in the world under Modiji, Kalita added. Likewise Assam is also marching triumphantly to becoming one of the five leading states of the country under the leadership of CM Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma. Kalita further said that with today’s joining of scores of leaders and workers from BPF, the foundation of BJP has become more stronger in the BTC area. Among others, Tamulpur district president Victor Das, kokrajhar district president Kavita Basumatary, media panelist Bijit Gwra Narjary and other party karyakartas were present in the programme.
