Voluntary Blood Donations Camp” was held for the first time at Kherkatia College Hall, Upper Majuli on Wednesday. The blood donation camp was conducted by NSS Program Officer and Professor of History Department Manik Chandra Payun.Notably, Blood donation is a great gift. However, some of the present generation are afraid to donate blood.
After the first blood donation, Professor Manik Chandra Payun, Durlabh Bora, Volunteers Bishal Singh, Jintu Saikia, Gautam Saikia, Rajni Pegu, Bikendra Panging and Kushal Doley and Jewel Pegu on behalf of Ratanpur Miri Regional TMPK also donated blood.
