The 28 tourists who reached Dibrugarh yesterday after 47 days journey from Varanasi by MV Ganga Vilas Cruise returned to Delhi by air today for their further destinations.
Before leaving Dibrugarh, the entire team visited Manohari Tea Estate today. They visited the tea garden and witnessed the plucking of tea leaves in the garden. They also visited the tea factory of the garden and enjoyed the entire process of tea manufacturing.
Further, they were welcomed by the Manohari Tea Estate family led by Rajan Lohia with Phulam gamucha.
The team members were accompanied by Dibrugarh DC Biswajit Pegu and Superintendent of Police Shwetank Mishra and other administrative officers.
The tourists left for Dibrugarh airport for their return journey by Indigo airlines.
